1. General Information

☑️ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.☑️ I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.☑️ Clear image references are preferred, text references will be charged extra.☑️ Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.☑️ Credit must be given when using my artwork publicly.

2. Payment & Pricing

☑️ Payment is made upfront via PayPal in USD or via bank transfer in VND or EUR.☑️ Prices may vary based on complexity, additional elements, or deadlines.☑️ No refunds once work has started. Full refunds are only available if I cannot complete the commission.

3. Process & Revisions

☑️ Work will start after receiving payment.☑️ I will provide sketch updates where you can request major changes.☑️ Minor revisions are allowed during rendering, but major revisions after the sketch phase will incur
additional fees.

4. Usage & Copyright

☑️ I retain the rights to the artwork.☑️ You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell, or use it for NFTs or AI training.☑️ You can use the commissioned piece for icons, banners, and personal display, with credit required.☑️ For commercial use, an additional fee applies (negotiable based on usage).

5. Delivery & Deadlines

☑️ The estimated delivery time varies from 1-6 weeks, depending on the complexity and my workload.☑️ If you need the commission by a certain date, please discuss it beforehand—rush fees may apply.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

☑️ Full refunds are available only if I have not started the commission.☑️ Partial refunds may be considered if work has begun but is not finished.☑️ No refunds once the final piece is delivered.

7. Communication

☑️ Contact me via Discord/Twitter/Insta for updates.☑️ If I do not receive a response within 7 days during revisions, the commission may be delayed or canceled without a refund.

8. Client Agreement

☑️ By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
